Despite being the most affordable option, the room boasted a king-size bed, a massive TV, and a grand bathroom with a luxurious tub, complete with water jets for a truly indulgent experience. the seamless check-in process, where guests can navigate the process independently if fluent in Japanese, added a touch of convenience and privacy to the stay. the attentive staff went above and beyond, accommodating our inability to order breakfast over the phone by allowing us to select our preferences in person, emphasizing their dedication to exceptional service. Water Gate redefined my expectations of a hotel stay, offering a blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service that truly sets it apart in the hospitality industry.
